I’m interested in a specific frangipani tree on your website shop which has “order received” (or “sold”) next to it. Why is it still there and can I purchase it?

We often change the product title to include a “sold” message after we receive an order. Even if we do not add this message, customers will still receive a notice if the try to order a sold frangipani tree. We sometimes receive a second order for the same frangipani tree. When this happens, we apologize and find the best available substitution.
We deliberately leave sold trees on the website for a while so customers can confirm the image and statistics match the frangipani they receive. We will leave sold frangipani trees on the website longer if we have other similar trees in stock. If you are interested in a frangipani tree which has “order received” or “sold” next it, feel free to place your order with a message that you’re “interested in something similar to the selected frangipani tree.

If I select a frangipani tree and place an order through your online shop, when will I be asked to pay?

During the order process, you’ll be asked to select a payment method. Bank transfer, PayPal, cheque or cash on pick up. You’ll receive payment instructions by email within minutes after placing your order.

Can you send me a photo of it’s present condition?

If you require an attractive frangipani for a display home or photo shoot etc, we recommend getting us to inspect your chosen frangipani and give you a report over the phone. If you insist, we will take and send you several photos of its present condition for $20 per tree.
Please keep in mind that our online shop has images and descriptions for our best available frangipani trees and should be sufficient to determine whether you are satisfied with the overall shape and size of the frangipani tree. Is the white flower with a yellow centre called a white or yellow frangipani?

White frangipani flowers have between 10% to 30% of yellow in the centre of each flower. There is no such thing as a pure white frangipani flower. If a flower has more than 50% yellow, including pure yellow flowers, they fall into the yellow category.
