When will my frangipanis be delivered?
Delivery can be anything from three days to three weeks after payment.
We’ll send you an email with the scheduled pick up and scheduled delivery dates as soon as we know. If you’d like us to rush or delay delivery, please let us know as soon as possible.

Can I request delivery to be sooner or later than the scheduled date?
We can ensure delivery is as quick as within two weeks if necessary and we can take a deposit and hold your frangipani order for up to six months. If you choose, please let us know your situation as soon as possible.

Can I request delivery to be on a specific date?
We cannot guarantee a delivery date but feel free to tell us your preferred date of delivery. Please also let us know if
a) you’d like delivery on or as close to the date as possible.
or
b) you’d like delivery on or before a specific date.
or
c ) you’d like delivery as soon as possible after a specific date.

What happens if I can’t be at home to accept delivery?
If there’s a chance that you won’t be home for delivery, please write your delivery instructions in the comment box when ordering or send us an email. Transport companies usually call the day before to ensure delivery can be as quick as go as smoothly as possible. If no instructions are left for the driver, the driver will pick the most suitable and safest position to leave the frangipani trees.

What should I do when the delivery truck arrives?
Give the driver a friendly greeting, suggest the best place to stop his truck and then allow the driver to unload your ordered frangipanis.
As he’s unloading, check your frangipanis to make sure there no major damage. If any branches are broken while in transit, you’ll be able to notice white sap coming from the wound or at least a fresh white wound. If you’re concerned about damage or a broken branch, ask the driver about it. In such a case, you can sign for delivery but your should note the type of damage.

Will the driver be able to help me move my frangipani to its position?
The driver’s responsibility is to simply unload and leave the frangipanis at the delivery address. Drivers have to cover a lot of distance each day and they cannot afford to spend time taking frangipanis up stairs and over fences. Having said that, if you ask the driver nicely to spend a minute or two to help you, most drivers will help you with a smile.

What should I do with my frangipanis straight after delivery?
If your frangipanis are tall, you should lean them against something and/or use rope to stop them from falling over. If a frangipani falls over on soft grass, the branches will probably not break. If the branches are thin, pointing sideways and the tree falls on something hard, the frangipani tree is likely to break or branch or two.
Watering is not usually necessary but if you’re sweating give the frangipani a drink. Your frangipani should be happy in its bag or pot for several months and more if you choose.
