I’ve just placed a frangipani order. What do I do next?
Think about when to make your payment, the delivery process and preparations for planting your frangipanis.

What is the most important advice?
Don’t over water your frangipanis!
Learn the signs of a healthy and unhealthy frangipani and monitor your frangipani regularly. This can be done effectively in as little as 10 seconds a week. Read more on Page 4

When do I pay for my frangipani order?
If you’d like us to process your order as quickly as possible or you would just like to get the payment over and done with, feel free to make your payment as soon as you like. You’ll need to make your payment in full before we initiate the delivery process and we offer a 100% refund during this process so there are no benefits to delay payment. If you don’t mind a small delay and feel more comfortable waiting for us to confirm your order and shipping method before payment, please do so. If you transfer money to our account, please send us a quick email to let us know.

How do I make my payment?
If you have placed a frangipani order through this website, you should have received an email within minutes. If you did not, please let us know. At the bottom of that email, there’ll be payment instructions depending on your choice of payment method.
If you chose to pay by bank transfer, the payment instructions will include our BSB and account numbers. You have the option to pay at your bank or to pay by online banking. When you transfer money to our account, please send us a quick email to let us know.
If you chose to pay by PayPal, money order or cheque, the payment instructions will contain step by step instructions. We’ll contact you after your payment has been received.
